Currently, head of the Department of Public Law at the Faculty of Law, “Luarasi” University, Tirana. She earned the scientific title “Associate Professor” in the field of Public Law in 2016.
From 15.03.2022 – 22.04.2022, she was elected by Albanian Parliament (4-year term) as Commissioner for the Protection and Promotion of Children’s Rights in the institution of the People’s Advocate, elected.
Ms. Peka has conducted a series of studies in her areas of expertise: in administrative, constitutional and human rights law.
